5.3 VIP Cashback

The ba999 bdt VIP programme has five tiers — Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%) and Diamond (up to 1.2%). Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. For example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

5.4 Bonus Forfeiture

If terms are violated, account fraud is detected, or an attempt is made to earn bonuses through unauthorised methods, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

5.5 Promotion Changes

ba999 bdt reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the terms of any promotion at any time. Users will be informed as far as possible before changes take effect on an active bonus.

6 Gaming Rules
